Starting in October 2026, Afterclass will launch a tour of Italian fine arts academies to present the school project ahead of the opening of its first academic programme, scheduled for October 2027 at the former “Principe di Napoli” complex in Bergamo’s historic centre.
The meetings will offer an opportunity to share Afterclass’s vision, programme, and pedagogical model, but above all to listen directly to students. The tour is conceived as a tool for research and co-design: a process of dialogue with those currently studying at art academies and beginning to imagine their artistic and professional futures.
Gathering needs, questions, expectations, and concerns will be an integral part of the school’s development, with the aim of creating a project that reflects as closely as possible the real priorities of a new generation of artists.
